This guide explains how to update or replace your Google Authenticator (2FA) when you change your mobile phone or verification device.
Step 1: Access the Modification Page
Log in to your HashWhale account.
Go to Account Management → Account Security.
Locate Google Authenticator and click Unbind.
Step 2: Bind a New Google Authenticator
Open the Google Authenticator app on your new device.
Either enter the setup key manually or scan the QR code displayed on the HashWhale “Change Google Authenticator” page.

On the HashWhale page, enter:
The new 6-digit verification code generated by your Authenticator app
Your account password
Click Submit to complete the binding of your new Google Authenticator.
Note: After changing your Google Authenticator, the withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours as a security measure. The restriction will be lifted automatically after the waiting period.

No. Each QR code or key is unique and can only be bound to one device.
If you wish to use Google Authenticator on a new device, you must generate a new key.
