Step 1: Start the Email Change Process
Log in to your HashWhale account.
Go to Account Management → Account Security.
Locate the Email Verification section and click “Change” to proceed.
Step 2: Enter Your New Email Address
Enter your new email address in the field provided.
Click “Confirm” to continue.
Step 3: Complete Verification
The system will send verification codes to both your old email and new email.
Enter both verification codes (and your Google Authenticator code, if applicable).
Click “Confirm” to complete the email update process.
Note: After changing your email address, the withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours as a security measure.
