HashWhale VIP Program FAQ

1）What is the HashWhale VIP program?

The VIP program rewards you for the funds you hold and the team you build. Those two paths set your tier, from VIP0 to VIP9, and the higher you go, the more you unlock: larger Earn rebate and Visa cashback caps.

2）How is my VIP tier calculated?

Your tier is recalculated automatically every day at 9:00 (UTC+8), based on your trailing 30-day average funds and your team headcount. From VIP1 to VIP3, only the users you invited directly are counted. From VIP4 up, your full downline counts, and you need to qualify on both the funding and team paths. At VIP0 or above, you can also request a promotion through Fast-track Apply.

3）How does Trial VIP work?

Trial VIP lets you experience a higher tier before you qualify for it. We may grant you a Trial tier (VIP5, 180 days). When the trial ends, your tier simply returns to whatever your funding and team paths currently qualify for.

4）Can my VIP tier go down?

You won't lose your tier without warning. A downgrade is only triggered when either of your two paths stays below 80% of its retention line for the trailing 30 days. We always send you a heads-up first, with tips to top up or invite. Automatic downgrades only apply once the program enables them.

5）When should I use Fast-track Apply?

Fast-track is for you if you built your team somewhere other than HashWhale. Share your social channels and request your tier directly. Our team reviews your application within 1 to 3 business days.

6）What's the difference between my invite code and a special invite code?

Your primary invite code is yours to share as widely as you like, with no usage cap. Special invite codes work differently: each one carries a preset template (for example, a 3-month VIP3 trial) and can be redeemed a fixed number of times.

7）When will I receive my rebates?

Most rebates settle in real time:

• fixed-term Earn
• flash swap
• Visa purchase and Visa cashback
• invite tier-diff rebates

Flexible Earn rebates show up in real time and are paid out daily.

Every settled amount goes straight to your funding account.

8）What happens to my rebates if I close my account?

Rebates that have already settled are yours to keep and are not reversed. Any unsettled rebate is paid out one final time at your current tier, then cleared.

9）Who counts as an "active user" on my team?

An invited user starts counting toward your team threshold once they complete KYC and reach 100 USDT or more in cumulative deposits. Until then, they don't count toward your VIP1–VIP3 direct-invite tally or your VIP4+ team tally.
