The following content will help you understand how HashWhale Swap settles transactions, the possible reasons for insufficient funds, and how to check your transaction history—ensuring you have full control over all swap orders and asset movements.
1. Why does “Insufficient Funds” appear?
This message appears when the amount you want to swap exceeds the total available balance across all selected accounts.
Example:
You want to use USDC to buy 10 BTC.
If the price of BTC is 10,000 USDC,
you must have at least 100,000 USDC to complete the transaction.
2. How are transactions settled?
Once the swap is completed, the exchanged assets will be credited directly to the account you selected (Funds, Finance, or Hashrate Account).
Most transactions are settled instantly,
but in rare cases, it may take several hours to complete.
3. Where can I view my transaction history?
After logging in, go to:
【My Orders】 → 【Swap】
There you can view all Swap orders and historical transaction records.
